We're finishing our final costing and will announce the price before we go live on Kickstarter. The founders list hears it first, well before the campaign opens. As a Founding Member you lock in up to £150 off it, our lowest price, before anyone else sees it. Change your mind later and your £25 is refunded in full, no questions asked. If you go ahead, it comes off that final price.

When does it launch, and when does it ship?

The Kickstarter campaign goes live this autumn, and Spine ships in early 2027 once the first production run is complete. As a Founding Member we email you ahead of everyone else the moment the campaign opens.

Who's behind Spine, and is it real?

Founded by Ricardo Amorim (20 years across BCG, AllofUs and R/GA), with industrial design by Aetha Design (Dorset; ex-Dyson, Alice Camera). It's being built in the open, with real production progress shared as it happens.

Will my £25 be charged right away?

Yes. It's captured securely through Stripe and held against your reservation. It comes off your final price if you proceed, or is refunded in full any time before launch.

What am I reserving, exactly?: Your deposit reserves your place on the founders list. It means you'll be among the first to hear when we launch on Kickstarter, and among the first able to back at the early tiers, which carry the best pricing. Those tiers are limited, so backing early is the surest way to secure the best price and an early production unit. Until you complete your pledge on Kickstarter, no unit is set aside in your name.
